Your current website

  • The home page has no H1 heading. Google reads that heading to learn what a page is about.
  • The only structured data is WebSite and WebPage. Nothing tells Google you are an electrician with an address, phone and hours.
  • 1 of the 9 images on the home page has alt text.
  • The home, service and Contact pages show P.O. Box 6211. Google shows 780 Mayhew Lake Rd NE. The Contact page, which carries the P.O. box, is the page that appears for “commercial electrician st cloud mn.”
  • Your years in business read “over 30” on the home page, “almost 20” on Services and 1984 on About.
  • The email in the header is a Gmail address.

Checked October 13, 2026 from the live site. It is a working WordPress site with a blog and a sitemap updated in June 2026.

The gap we work on

Your reviews are the strongest in the St. Cloud pack: 4.8 on 20, and they read like people who called for a small fix and got honest advice. Three of the 20 have an owner reply, all within the last year. The one 1-star review, from August 2023, says no one called back in two weeks and has no reply. The larger gap is reach beyond town. Erickson Electric's sitemap lists 164 pages, 72 of them for individual cities, and its Minneapolis commercial and industrial pages hold the first two results for “commercial industrial electrician minnesota.” Your sitemap lists 82 pages, 70 of them blog posts and none for a city.

Your numbers

You know your jobs better than we do. Fill these in.

A typical commercial or industrial job pays me about $.

The plan I am looking at costs $ a month.

Plan cost divided by job pay is jobs a month to cover it.

We do not promise how many calls a site will bring. We do report what changed, every month.

What we need from you

  • Okay to quote four Google reviewers by name: Penny Xiong, Lindsey Terrell, Joyce Reinert and Pete.
  • Who answers the phone and who should get the web requests.
  • How after-hours calls reach you. Google lists you open 24 hours.
  • Real photos of jobs and the crew. The photos on your current site look like stock images, so the new site uses none.
  • Which start date to use: 1984, or something else.
  • A business email address, if you want one off Gmail.

Questions you will probably ask

You are already first on the map. Why change anything?
Fair question. The map is not the problem. The site says three different things about how long you have been in business, shows a P.O. box that Google does not, and has no city pages, the kind that win commercial searches in other cities. This is about the work beyond St. Cloud.
What does the setup fee cover?
The site build, your Google Business Profile work, and a check that your name, address and phone match everywhere. It pays for the time before the first monthly report.
Will I rank first for commercial work?
We cannot promise a position or a date, and nobody honest can. We can promise the work we do each week and the monthly report that shows where you stand.
What if I already pay for the current site?
Ask your current host about the contract before we switch anything. We will not move your domain until you tell us to.
What if it is not for me?
Keep the handout and the site link. After the first 3 months, 30 days' notice ends it.
